We are pleased to present our delivery policy. We are committed to delivering your orders to you as soon as possible, following the costs indicated below:
Colissimo La Poste home delivery rates to mainland France:

60€ => 4.99 €
from 60€ to 125€ => 6.99 €
from 125€ to 180€ => 8.10 €
from 180€ to 325€ => 8.80 €
from 325€ to 650€ => 10.15 €
from 650€ and more => 15.60€
Our handmade clothing will be sent within 15 days minimum in order to give us time to make your outfit in the best conditions. For custom-made clothing it will take an additional 7 days because the item is made according to your measurements and will be unique.
We work with the post office and send items via Colissimo to guarantee optimal delivery.
All our orders are carefully packaged to preserve the quality of our products.

Return policy
Nous sommes convaincues que vous allez adorer vos achats chez COCO BY CC, mais si jamais vous changez d'avis, nous proposons une politique de retour simple et efficace.
Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait de votre commande, vous pouvez compléter le formulaire de retour ci-dessous et nous retourner votre tenue dans les 15 jours (à vos frais), suivant la date d'achat pour un remboursement complet.
Seuls les articles de taille standard seront remboursés, les articles sur-mesure sont exclus de tout remboursement.
Les articles doivent être retournés dans leur emballage d'origine et être en parfait état.
